We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration and respect for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:
24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged half the amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to or at your next scheduled appointment.
Massage packages will be deducted accordingly.
If you cancel within 3 hours of your appointment you will be charged the full amount.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. You will be charged the full amount for your “missed” appointment. This must be paid before or at your next appointment.
You are responsible for your appointment.
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time to fill out paper work.
For those who are receiving multiple treatments (sauna, massage, and/or skin care) please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment so that you may have enough time to fill out necessary paperwork, change into robe, place your belongings in a locker, and relax in our lounge.
While lockers are provided, we recommend leaving valuables at home.
Always keep your therapist informed of any health changes as it may be contraindicated to your service.
No cell phone use while in the center.
These policies apply to all gift certificates and are subject to forfeiture.

Giving yourself extra time before your treatment allows your body and mind to start the transition from an active mode into a more relaxing, healing mode, thereby enhancing your wellness experience.
